Shipping Policy for Wonvita Waste Robot
At Wonvita, we are committed to delivering a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Our goal is to ensure that our products arrive safely, reliably, and in a timely manner. As we prepare for our Kickstarter launch in June, we are implementing an advanced shipping strategy to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
Current Shipping Plan: We are setting up global logistics networks and overseas warehouse services to expedite delivery, aiming for a smoother fulfillment process. Orders placed during the Kickstarter campaign will be shipped after the campaign concludes, with an expected delivery timeframe starting from October.
Order Processing Time: 2-3 business days.
Tracking Number Generation Time: Within 10 business days after order processing.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery will begin in October, and shipments should arrive within 1-2 months, depending on your location.
Note: If an item from an order is out of stock, or if inventory needs to be reallocated, this may result in an extended delivery time.
Customs & Documentation: Due to varying customs regulations across countries, additional documentation may be required for your shipment’s clearance. Our customer support team will contact you via email if any extra materials are needed. Please ensure that you check your email within 48 hours after placing your order to avoid delays.
